PROCEDIMIENTO

1.       Se comenzó limpiando el área de trabajo, en este caso, la dala de desplante, también fue necesario golpear un poco el firme utilizando la barra para tener el espacio necesario para la colocación de blocks.

2.       Una vez limpia la superficie, se trazó el eje utilizando como referencia los castillos colocados en los dos extremos de la dala, colocando el hilo a paño con una altura de 21.5 cm, como referencia para colocar los blocks.

3.       Se preparó el mortero cemento-arena proporción 1:4 y el mortero adhesivo Hebel.

4.       Se limpió la superficie de cada block celular, utilizando el cepillo de ixtle para liberarlo del polvo.

5.       Se humedeció la dala de desplante y se colocó una capa de mortero cemento-arena con un espesor de aproximadamente 2 cm, para después colocar adhesivo Hebel tanto en el mortero como en el block y así comenzar con la primera hilada.  

6.       Con la ayuda de la cuchara Hebel, se fueron uniendo los blocks con mortero adhesivo tanto en boquillas verticales como en las horizontales y se verificó que estuvieran nivelados correctamente con ayuda del mazo de goma, dándole pequeños golpes y del nivel de mano.

7.       Para continuar con la segunda hilada se cortó un block a la mitad, utilizando el serrucho y la escuadra Hebel, creando un acomodo traslapado.

8.       Se colocaron laminas conectoras durante la aplicación del mortero adhesivo horizontalmente a cada dos hiladas (40 cm), esto en el caso del muro confinado por el castillo.

9.       Se verificó que las hiladas estuvieran perfectamente niveladas.

PROCEDURE

1. It all started cleaning the work area, in this case, the dala of rudeness, it was also necessary to strike a little the firm using the bar to have the necessary space for the placement of blocks.

2. After cleaning the surface, the axis was plotted by reference to the castles placed at both ends of the dala, placing the wire flush with a height of 21.5 cm, as a reference for placing the blocks.

3. The next step was the process of preparing the cement sand mortar and mortar 1:4 proportion Hebbel adhesive.

4. We cleaned the surface of each cell block, using the brush to release dust ixtle.

5. We create some humidity on the dala of rudeness and placed a layer of cement-sand mortar with a thickness of about 2 cm, then placed both Hebbel adhesive mortar as in the block and begin with the first course.

 6. With the help of the Hebbel spoon, the blocks were joining with mortar adhesive nozzles both vertical and horizontal in and then we verified that they were properly leveled using the rubber mallet, giving small strokes and the hand level.

7. To continue with the second course a block was cut in half, using the saw and the Hebbel bracket, creating an overlapping arrangement.

8. Connecting plates were placed during the application of mortar adhesive horizontally every two rows (40 cm), that in the case of confinement in the castle wall.

9. It was verified that the courses were perfectly level.

Conclusión

Para lo que fue la sección de Hebel de la practica nos pudimos dar cuenta de la diferencia que tenia con el block de concreto ordinario por experiencias pasadas dándonos cuenta que en realidad es mas sencilla la colocación de Hebel ya que el adhesivo ya viene listo solo para su colocación además que las herramientas dadas por la compañía son mucho mas accesibles para el trabajo


Conclusion

For the Hebel's section of the practice we could realize the difference with the conventional block. It was simpler because the company gave us the tools to work with so the process was easier
